My parents will probably be amazed to hear that we were even able to sell this vehicle since they were visiting when the ignition seized in a store parking lot 30 miles from home. For the next 6 months we started the car by sticking a screwdriver into the ignition switch which was just hanging there by some wires. The switch was eventually replaced, requiring different keys for locking and driving. The car suffers from a few such idiosyncrasies, but we disclosed them and sold it for less than the Kelly Blue Book "fair" price, so we don't think the buyers will be too surprised by it's as-is condition. As for us, we are happy to no longer own a car with such peculiar behaviors and to be back to being a two-car family.

Well done you! My Macbook is sold and will be gone today. Gotta love Craig's list!
